+ For Digital Product:

– When you check out any digital files, you will receive a separate e-mail with download link.If you do not receive your follow-up e-mail with your digital files, please contact: landofsvglyra@gmail.com. And we will be more than happy to assist you by re-sending the download links. Also please make sure to enter a correct e-mail for a smooth transaction!

+ For physical products:

– All orders ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping service chosen, domestic vs. international, and also possible delays with the USPS. We are not responsible for delays in shipping. As much as we would love for every order to arrive on time, once an order has left our studio we unfortunately have no control over the shipping time with USPS and delays are possible.
